Definitions

Service Provider: Sole Proprietor (IP) Statsenko Andrey Sergeyevich. (OGRNIP 322774600597736, INN: 260401866760, Moscow, ul. Aviatsionnaya, d. 77, kv. 253)

Services: Technical support for configuration and the provision of stable Internet access services via proxy servers using browser extensions and mobile applications.

Subscription Period:
Determined from the moment of payment for one of the options selected by the user:
1 (one) calendar month,
3 (three) calendar months,
1 (one) calendar year.

Subject of the Agreement

For the fee specified in the "Service Costs" section, the Service Provider shall provide the Customer with services for establishing a stable Internet connection via proxy servers using browser extensions and mobile applications and maintaining the functionality of the connection throughout the Subscription Period.

Service Costs

1 (one) calendar month of service costs 250 rubles.
3 (three) calendar months of service cost 500 rubles.
1 (one) calendar year of service costs 1500 rubles.

Liability of the Parties

The Service Provider is not responsible for the speed or stability of the Customer's Internet connection if performance issues are caused by the device, software, network operator, coverage area, or other factors beyond the Service Provider's control.

The Customer has the right to request a refund of the unused subscription cost after payment without providing a reason. In such a case, the Service Provider is obliged to refund the paid subscription cost pertaining to the period after the Service Provider receives the refund request. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the provision of Services upon receipt of the Customer's refund request.

Upon receipt of a refund request from the Customer, the Service Provider shall refund the remaining unused funds via a non-cash transfer to the Customer's account using the same method by which they were paid. Personal Data Storage and Processing Policy

The Service Provider is obliged to handle the Customer's personal data—name, email address, and depersonalized data—with due diligence.

The Service Provider collects and stores anonymized personal data, including cookies, solely for the purpose of identifying the Customer and their Subscription Period.

The Service Provider does not have the right to disclose or transfer the Customer's personal data to third parties for compensation.
